Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2024
These terms govern your use of Phoenix 24 Hour Plumber's plumbing services and website. By scheduling service or using phoenix24hourplumber.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our plumbing professionals.
Service Agreement
Plumbing services are performed based on written or verbal estimates accepted by the customer. The scope includes specifically described repairs, installations, or maintenance tasks. Additional work discovered during service requires separate authorization. All plumbing work complies with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications for materials used.
Emergency Service Terms
Emergency plumbing response includes a dispatch fee covering immediate technician mobilization. After-hours service carries premium rates clearly communicated before dispatch. We prioritize life safety and property protection situations. While we guarantee rapid response, specific arrival times may vary based on traffic conditions and multiple simultaneous emergencies.
Pricing and Payment
Plumbing service pricing reflects labor, materials, equipment use, and applicable taxes. Final invoices may adjust from estimates if additional work is authorized or unforeseen complications arise. Payment is due upon service completion unless prior credit arrangements exist. Late payments incur finance charges at the maximum rate permitted by Arizona law.
Warranty Provisions
We warranty labor for 365 days from service completion against defects in workmanship. Manufacturer warranties cover materials and fixtures. Warranty claims require notification within the coverage period and demonstration that the issue results from our work. The warranty excludes problems caused by improper use, unrelated damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe, accessible work areas for plumbing service. This includes clearing obstructions around work sites, securing pets, and identifying utility locations. For in-home service, an adult representative must be present. Failure to maintain safe conditions may require rescheduling with applicable cancellation fees.
Liability Limitations
Our liability for plumbing service claims is limited to the service cost or actual damages, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential damages, including water damage from pre-existing conditions or delays beyond our control. Insurance claims for plumbing-related property damage should be filed with your homeowner's insurance provider.
Property Access
You authorize our plumbers to access necessary areas of your property to perform contracted services. This includes entering yards, basements, crawl spaces, and utility rooms. We document property conditions before beginning work and restore areas to original condition following service completion, minus pre-existing wear or damage.
Material Selection
We recommend plumbing materials based on performance, durability, and code compliance. Final material selections require customer approval. While we stand behind installed products, material performance depends on proper use and maintenance. We are not liable for manufacturer defects in materials we did not manufacture.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates subject to preceding job durations and emergency priorities. We provide arrival window updates. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee equal to 25% of the estimated service cost. No-show appointments result in full estimated charge billing and require prepayment for rescheduling.
Website Use Terms
phoenix24hourplumber.com content is for informational purposes about our plumbing services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission. Service descriptions represent typical offerings; actual services may vary based on specific circumstances. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our site.
Dispute Resolution
Plumbing service disputes first undergo our internal resolution process through customer service. Unresolved disputes proceed to mediation in Maricopa County, Arizona, before any litigation. Arizona law governs these terms. Claims must be filed within one year of service completion. Both parties bear their own dispute resolution costs unless otherwise awarded.
